The BMRKT is a collective created by 3 sisters out of Hamilton Ontario. Aby, Alex and Ashleigh have a love for exploring and celebrating small businesses. They noticed a gap in terms of diverse products being a part of your everyday experiences, from the gifts we receive to the offerings in stores. BMRKT was born as an opportunity to bridge that Gap!
BMRKT's mission is to work with Black, Indigenous, and Person's of Colour to bring their products and service to new & larger markets. With a goal to diversify the market space we build a truly sustainable economy.

Through the work and research that the Montague’s have done in the community over the past two years they realized there is a need for us to focus on this work through BMRKT while having BLK OWNED as their non-profit that focuses on discovering, championing, and equipping black owned business owners and entrepreneurs with the skills, resources, and network to grow sustainable businesses.
